Quick Workspace Preparation Using AI with MetaTrader

Adapt the symbols, periods, position sizes, risk limits, and any criteria to your approach or preferences. Carefully study every prompt before using it and review any proposed action before executing it.

Pre-market workspace cleanup:

Keep only symbols with open positions or pending orders in Market Watch and as open charts. Remove duplicate and unrelated charts.

Active-market focus:

Using H1 and H4 data from the last 10 trading days, select four Market Watch symbols with the best spread, volatility, price action, and nearby technical opportunity. Open a working chart and one higher-timeframe chart for each.

Swing-trading workspace:

Using H4, D1, and W1 charts from the last six months, select up to four symbols with clear medium-term trends, major support or resistance, or developing swing opportunities. Open H4, D1, and W1 charts and apply my swing-trading template.

Scalping workspace:

Select the six most liquid Market Watch symbols currently suitable for short-term trading using current spread, recent tick activity, and short-term volatility. Open M1, M5, and M15 charts and apply my scalping template.

Forex session workspace:

Use the current server time and the last five trading days of H1 data to select relevant FX pairs for the active and next session. Open M15, H1, and H4 charts for each.

Trend-following workspace:

Using H1, H4, and D1 data from the last 20 trading days, select the four strongest bullish and four strongest bearish symbols by trend strength, momentum, and spread. Open H1, H4, and D1 charts and apply my trend-following template.

Intraday workspace:

Review my Market Watch, open charts, open positions, pending orders, and current server time. Identify symbols relevant to this intraday session, including existing exposure; remove unnecessary charts, then open M15, H1, and H4 charts and apply my intraday template.

Change-point radar:

For EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, XAUUSD, US500, NAS100, and GER40, run a constant-hazard Bayesian change-point check on the latest 120 H1 returns for mean and variance changes only. Keep the three highest posterior probabilities, open one H1 chart for each, and write a two-sentence evidence card per symbol.

Information-flow map:

For EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, XAUUSD, US500, and NAS100, use the last 10 trading days of M15 returns to test lead-lag correlations at one- and two-bar lags. Write only links with correlation above 0.3 to a directed network file and open charts for the two strongest leader-follower pairs.

Reflexivity monitor:

For EURUSD, XAUUSD, and NAS100, use the latest 2,000 ticks each to calculate price-change arrival rate and one exponential-kernel excitation estimate. Classify each as calm, externally shocked, self-exciting, or near-critical and open one M1 chart only for symbols outside the calm state.

Uncertainty-first workspace:

For EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, XAUUSD, and US500, use the latest 200 H1 bars to generate one conformal interval for the next four-bar return. Open H1 charts for the two symbols with the narrowest intervals among those whose latest 50 predictions met the target coverage, and place the rest in an abstain list.

Regime atlas:

Using EURUSD, GBPUSD, XAUUSD, and US500 and their latest 200 H1 bars, cluster 20-bar windows into exactly three states from ordinal-pattern entropy, average synchronization, and return skewness. Save one representative chart and a short profile for each state, then identify the nearest current state.

Falsification deck:

For the planned EURUSD H1 long setup marked on the current chart, search only the latest 120 H1 bars and retrieve the three closest historical cases using pre-entry price and volume features, including at least one failed case when available. Open those charts and create a one-page falsification deck with the five strongest rejection conditions.

Precommitment journal:

Before the planned EURUSD H1 long trade marked on the current chart, capture server time, balance, equity, free margin, margin level, current exposure, the exact setup rule, forecast, invalidation, allowed risk, and the latest 20 bars in a dated Markdown file. Keep the entry record unchanged and create a separate outcome note when the trade closes.

Research-provenance workspace:

For the LondonBreakout_v4 experiment, locate Experts\Research\LondonBreakout_v4.mq5, its directly referenced includes, LondonBreakout_v4_EURUSD_H1.set, the matching tester configuration, and the latest report, examining the first 20 directly linked files. Create a manifest with paths, modification times, one build result, and input hashes, then open only these reproduction files.

Data-integrity quarantine:

For the open EURUSD H1, GBPUSD H1, USDJPY M15, XAUUSD M15, US500 H1, and NAS100 M5 charts, audit the latest 500 bars per chart for duplicate timestamps, impossible OHLC values, stale quotes, gaps exceeding five normal bar intervals, and time-offset discontinuities. Compare current symbol metadata once, then place only confirmed anomalies in a quarantine list.

Decision-replay laboratory:

Reconstruct position #72891462 EURUSD from the account history at four moments: 20 M15 bars before entry, entry, maximum adverse excursion, and exit. Use the nearest 2,000 ticks around its decisions and the three source files directly referenced by its LondonBreakout_v4 order comment, then create four chronological snapshots with future data stored separately.
