# Labor Cost Index

Der [Labor Cost Index](https://www.mql5.com/de/economic-calendar/european-union/labor-cost-index) ist die Summe aller Zahlungen an die arbeitende Bevölkerung geteilt durch die Anzahl an Arbeitern und gearbeiteten Stunden. Die Berechnung wird ohne die Zahlen aus Landwirtschaft, Gesundheit und Bildung durchgeführt.

Dieser Index zeigt die Einkommenssituation der Arbeiter, sowie die Inflation an. Steigende Arbeitskosten werden als Indikator für steigende Inflation angesehen, was zu höheren Basiszinssätzen führen kann. Die Änderungen in diesem Index haben wenig Einfluss aus den Euro.
